NY Times: McCain uses Rovian double-speak to cover Gaffes
On Tuesday, John McCain clarified his remarks on the economy. The clarification was far more worrisome than his initial comments. “I believe in American workers, and someone who disagrees with that — it’s fine,” he told NBC’s Matt Lauer. In other words, if you disagree with his double-speak, then you are insulting American workers (wave flag now).
